Shipping Information

We offer Free Standard Shipping within the USA. Shipping charges may apply for international orders depending on the destination country and delivery method selected at checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Standard Delivery Time: 10–15 business days

  • Business Days: Monday to Friday

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak shopping seasons.

Shipping Partners

To ensure secure and reliable delivery, we work with trusted courier services including:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • USPS

All orders are carefully packed to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment status and contacting the courier service directly in case of delays, failed delivery attempts, or delivery issues.

If multiple delivery attempts fail, the courier company may return or destroy the parcel. In such cases, Winter Leather Jackets will not be held responsible.

Import Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.

Customers in the USA may not be charged customs fees in most cases; however, all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order, as customs policies vary by location.

Important Shipping Guidelines

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure:

  • Your shipping address, email, and phone number are entered correctly

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel if a signature is required

  • You contact the courier directly if you need to redirect a shipment after dispatch

Please note:

  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses

  • Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some regions may have shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical limitations. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund if applicable.

Order Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the size, quantity, or shipping address, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order.

While we will try our best to accommodate changes, modifications may not be possible once the order enters processing or shipping stages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must remain unused

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • The product must be returned in its original condition
